The Tier I Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for handling tickets associated with end client issues assigned by our Service Desk Coordinator. Maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution or escalation are essential in this position.
The Systems Engineer will be expected to work closely with our CTO, CSO and CIO and Project Managers and technical teams to perform in the areas of network administration, systems design, client on-boarding and Project delivery that requires a broad range of technical expertise and maturity.
