AdamLordPORTSMOUTH, N.H. – Neoscope Technology Solutions, a leading managed IT service provider in Northern New England, has expanded its technical service portfolio with the addition of Adam Lord as a Tier 1 Desktop Technician.

Prior to joining Neoscope, Lord was an integral part of the IT team at Micro Support Group in Beverly, Mass. For two years Lord handled a wide range of duties including remote and onsite technical support and troubleshooting, active directory and exchange management, and new system deployments.

Lord graduated from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, Mass. with an Associates of Science Degree in Information Technology. He is also MacOS integration certified.
