Neoscope Technology Solutions, a leading managed IT service provider in Northern New England, has expanded its client services portfolio with the addition of Audrey Parsons as Service Desk Coordinator.

Parsons, an IT veteran who most recently served as a Projects Analyst at Cole Haan, will direct Neoscope’s incident control response team and be the company’s Autotask expert. She will assign proper resources for all customer-related events and requests for managed IT services. Parsons will also oversee communications and workflow from first contact to project completion by technicians.

Parsons has extensive experience in enterprise project management and systems support. Her diverse resume includes work in customer service, IT support, solutions delivery, and project analysis.
