The appointments will allow Neoscope to continue its momentum of providing award-winning managed IT services throughout New England.

Appointed as director of operations, Wayne Benjamin brings ten years of information technology (IT) experience in the B2B market to Neoscope, and Shauna Flagg, an account executive, brings over 11 years of business development and account management experience to the team.  Keith Fortier, a skilled IT services professional with 15 years of IT services experience, has been promoted to director of professional services.

In his new role, Wayne will direct and manage the operations at Neoscope to maximize efficiencies and productivity to help Neoscope continue to expand in the New England market.  He will also assist with business process management (BPM), account management and special projects. Prior to joining Neoscope, Wayne spent ten years with a local technology firm as a service engineer, service manager, and client relations manager. Wayne holds an undergraduate degree in computer information technologies and a Master of Business Administration degree from Franklin Pierce University.

Shauna holds an undergraduate degree in Organizational Management from Daniel Webster College.

Additionally, Neoscope recently promoted Keith Fortier as director of professional services. Keith will contribute to the vision and strategy for professional services delivery and help implement best practices at Neoscope. Keith will also assist with BPM, account management and service delivery projects. Keith has over 15 years of solid IT experience and holds an undergraduate degree from Keene State University.
