This was just a question to Neoscope. I resolved the issue with IPower – our domain provider.
Neoscope was able to rearrange Adam’s schedule to be here days earlier than initial schedule. Adam was able to finish the task very quickly and everything worked as expected.

It took awhile to get this resolved but Tanya kept me in the loop the whole way and she finally figured it out and resolved the issue.
The highlight of this service call was when Tanya took over. She worked back and forth with me and my limited knowledge our technology situation and made this happen. Very much appreciated.
